Job summary

Prudential is seeking a proactive Marketing & Brand Intern to join our Jakarta team. You will assist in brand application across collaterals, coordinate design briefs with designers, manage traffic requests, and help file approvals for outputs.

Responsibilities include supporting event activation, maintaining documentation, desk research, and asset logbook filing. Ideal candidates are final-year students or recent graduates in marketing/communications with strong written and verbal communication

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in marketing/communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in branding/marketing and copy writing is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva; organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the brand guardian to ensure brand consistency across Prudential collaterals.
• Execute design requests and coordinate briefs from users to designers; manage traffic requests and sign-off filing.
• Support events and brand activation initiatives and related projects.
• Follow up tasks, document meetings (MOM), and maintain asset logbooks.
• Conduct desk research and help prepare plans for project needs.

Job description: Be the brand guardian to support the consistency of brand application in all Prudential collaterals. Responsible in day-to-day execution of Design request and Design Approval Request, coordinating the briefs from users to designer, managing traffic requests and ensuring sign-off filing for all outputs managed accordingly,]. Support in event and brand activation initiatives and or projects. Raging responsibilities such as following up tasks, MOM meetings, documentation filing and budget reporting. Support in desk research and preparation plan for related project needs. Support in managing filing for asset logbook & storing marketing asset collaterals.

Requirements: Students in final year or fresh graduate from all major related to marketing and communications studies. Excellence in written and verbal communication with organization experiences is a plus. Interest in branding and marketing, growing skills in creative content or understanding copy writing is a must. Excellence in using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and Canva. Understand basic administrative work, attention to details and timeline oriented. Self-starter with good organizational skills, and willing to learn in fast paced environment.
