Job summary

PT. Metrodata Electronics Tbk. is seeking an IT Application Support professional to maintain business applications and troubleshoot system issues. The role involves incident handling, data validation with SQL, and supporting testing activities such as UAT before deployments.

You will collaborate with developers and business teams, maintain documentation, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring timely incident resolution and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Application Support or IT Support.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience troubleshooting application and system issues.
• Understanding of incident management and SLA-based support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Experience with UAT, ticketing systems, or monitoring tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support to ensure system stability and availability
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application issues.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and user inquiries based on SLA targets.
• Execute SQL queries for data validation and issue resolution.
• Support testing activities, including UAT, before deployment.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements.
• Escalate critical issues and ensure timely resolution.
