Job summary

PT. TALENTA TEKNOLOGI SUKSES GEMILANG is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to manage data queries across PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MySQL, and to monitor logs with Grafana or Kibana.

The role requires a strong background in Linux administration and microservices concepts to support API Gateway environments. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in related roles, with preference for experience in financial systems or applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Associate (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Informatics Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience as an Application Support Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or System Administrator.
• Proficient in writing queries and performing DML (Data Manipulation Language) transactions in PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Knowledge of monitoring and log management tools such as Grafana or Kibana.
• Experience with financial systems or applications is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and API Gateway concepts.
• Knowledge of Linux administration, including service management using systemctl and container-based environments.
• How many years' experience do you have in an Application Support Role?
