Job summary

PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk invites an IT Application Support professional to maintain business applications, troubleshoot system issues, and help drive continuous improvements.

You will provide application support, monitor performance, handle incidents per SLA, run SQL queries, participate in UAT, and collaborate with developers and business teams to resolve technical problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Application Support or IT Support.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with UAT, ticketing systems, or monitoring tools is a plus.
