Job summary

PT Detagg Presical Indonesia is seeking an On-site Application & Lifecycle Solution Engineer to lead installation, qualification, calibration of high-precision analyzers, and preventive maintenance across Indonesia. You will ensure controlled environments, train customers, and support method optimization while coordinating with the Technical Manager and Commercial team.

Travel nationally and abroad as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ protocols), preventive maintenance, and ISO/IEC 17025 calibrations for high-precision analytical instruments.
• Take excellent care of delicate reference standards and ensure a strictly controlled working environment.
• Report to the Technical Manager to ensure work meets high-quality standards while coordinating travel with the Commercial team.
• Be eyes and ears in the field, listen to customers, identify problems, and generate leads for the Commercial Manager.
• Provide application support, method optimization, troubleshooting, and customer training to ensure optimal instrument performance.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and application issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional technical support and high customer satisfaction.
• Will travel extensively across Indonesia and overseas when required.

2. Take excellent care of delicate reference standards and make sure the working environment is strictly controlled.

3. Report to the Technical Manager to make sure all work meets our high-quality standards, while taking your travel schedule from the Commercial team.

4. Be our eyes and ears in the field. Listen to our customers, find out what problems they are facing to generate leads for the Commercial Manager.

5. Technical Application Support : Provide application support, method optimization, troubleshooting, and customer training to ensure optimal instrument performance.

6. Technical Troubleshooting : Diagnose hardware, software, and application-related issues, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.

7. Customer Relationship : Build strong relationships with customers by providing professional technical support and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

8.Travel Readiness : Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia and overseas when required.
