Job summary

Evermos in Bandung, Indonesia is seeking an experienced Product Development Lead to drive end-to-end apparel development from design handover to production readiness. You will source fabrics and trims, manage suppliers, and ensure on-time launches with dual sourcing.

Strong BOM and cost-analysis skills are essential to optimize margins. The role requires 3+ years in apparel development, with experience in activewear or performance wear preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fashion/product development or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in apparel product development or sourcing.
• Experience with activewear or performance apparel is a plus.
• Experience reviewing tech packs and BOMs; cost analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end product development from design handover to production readiness.
• Source and manage fabric, trims, and suppliers with dual-source coverage.
• Negotiate prices, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms with suppliers.
• Develop BOMs and cost models, optimize material usage and CMT costs.
• Drive cost optimization while maintaining quality and margins.
• Assess local vs import sourcing based on landed cost and lead time.
• Collaborate with Design and R&D to translate trends into materials.
• Maintain material library and supplier capabilities; ensure quality before production.
• Own production timeline, sampling, planning, and supplier coordination.
• Align demand forecasts with production plans to minimize stockouts.
