Job summary

TJS Consultants is seeking a seasoned Production Manager for outerwear in Indonesia. The role leads end-to-end production operations, optimizes processes and drives on-time delivery in a fast-paced export-oriented environment.

The candidate should have extensive experience in garment manufacturing, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage large teams while achieving quality and shipment targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in textile/garment related field or engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
• GSD (General Sewing Data) Certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of outerwear production, construction and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end outerwear production operations for quality, efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Plan production capacity, manpower, machinery and workflow.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, productivity improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and buyer requirements.
• Coordinate with IE, Quality, Planning, Merchandising and Technical teams.
• Monitor KPIs and resolve production bottlenecks effectively.
