Job summary

WebBeds is seeking a Commercial Technology Specialist to work with API clients, commercial teams and technical stakeholders across the APAC region to support and optimise connectivity to WebBeds’ hotel distribution platform.

You will onboard new API partners, manage connection setup and mapping, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Systems and API subject matter expertise in WebBeds platforms, workflows, and processes.
• API client integration management across APAC region, including onboarding, setup, mapping, testing, and implementation.
• Connectivity monitoring and optimisation of API connections for stability and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues by analyzing system behaviour and root causes.
• Collaborate with IT and platform support to escalate and resolve defects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including process guides and knowledge base articles.
• Analyze system performance and client activity to identify risks or optimisation opportunities.
• Cross-functional alignment with technical and commercial teams to support onboarding and queries.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and automation opportunities.
