The Commercial Technology Specialist role supports seamless system connectivity and the delivery of reliable technical solutions to clients and partners across the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Jakarta, the position combines API integration, application support, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration within a global travel technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for system functionality and API integrations

• Monitor, maintain, and optimise API connectivity with partners and clients to ensure system reliability and performance

• Provide hands-on technical support through multiple communication channels, including email, chat, and calls

• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely, effective resolutions

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve system functionality and the client experience

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or application support

• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry would be an advantage

• Solid understanding of API technologies, including XML, SOAP, REST, or similar technologies

• Proficiency in SQL queries and database concepts

• Willingness to work on a rotational shift schedule

• Strong written and spoken English

• Fresh graduates with a relevant technical background or internship experience are encouraged to apply
