Job summary

VISEO ASIA in Surabaya seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Planning professional to drive the roadmap and implement end-to-end SCM solutions for CPG, QSR, Retail and Manufacturing clients.

You will lead Anaplan Optimizer deployments, define KPIs, support pre-sales, translate business requirements into functional specs, and mentor teams to ensure smooth go-lives and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning and/or Consulting (Preferred both).
• Anaplan Solution architect with Anaplan Optimizer implementation experience for at least 2 projects.
• Experience in SCM systems and tools implementation (Demand Management and/or production/supply planning).
• Knowledge of enterprise business applications and ERP modules.
• Analytical, listening and problem-solving skills with ability to propose solutions.
• Knowledge of R programming or other statistical tools (Python, SAS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Working with customers to drive the Supply Chain Planning roadmap.
• Lead presales for Supply Chain related use cases.
• Define KPIs to measure improvements before and after deployment.
• Contribute to building pre-built assets for SCM planning challenges.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for projects.
• Set up supply chain planning solutions and deploy/test configurations.
• Support knowledge transfer and post-go-live activities.
• Grow knowledge of customer requirements and business processes with industry best practices.
