Job summary

Grab Rentals Indonesia is seeking an Analytics Assistant Manager to maintain data pipelines, ensure report accuracy, and manage core Rental data assets. You will work with Planning and Operations to turn business needs into practical data solutions and support decision-making with reliable datasets.

You will report to the Planning & Analytics Manager and operate onsite in Jakarta, collaborating across teams to optimize data workflows and deliver clear, decision-ready insights through dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Engineering, Economics, or Data.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL (complex queries, table management, large datasets), Python (data processing, automation, pipeline troubleshooting), Power BI (building/maintaining dashboards), and Excel.
• Prior background in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Operations; senior/lead/supervisory experience.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with accountability for data reliability and issue resolution before stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain core Rental data tables to ensure downstream reporting and datasets are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Monitor automated data pipelines, fix pipeline errors, execute manual overrides, and automate workflows.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and custom datasets translating raw data into actionable insights.
• Serve as main point of contact for ad-hoc data requests from Planning and Operations; translate business questions into data solutions.
• Continuously optimize pipeline performance while keeping data consistent, accurate, and secure across deliverables.

Our Analytics team supports the business by providing reliable data and insights to improve operations & partner productivity.

Get to Know the Role

As an Analytics Assistant Manager, you will maintain data pipelines, resolve issues, and ensure reports are accurate and reliable. You will also manage core Rental data tables and create new datasets when needed. Working with Planning and Operations, you will provide data support and turn business needs into practical solutions. You will report to the Planning & Analytics Manager. This is an onsite role based in Jakarta

• Prior background in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Operations; senior, lead, or supervisory experience
• Proactive and detail-oriented, taking complete accountability for data reliability and fixing issues before they reach stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business questions into actionable data solutions.
