Job summary

Grab Rentals Indonesia's Analytics team seeks an Analytics Assistant Manager to maintain data pipelines, resolve issues, and ensure reports are accurate and reliable. Based in Jakarta, you will manage core Rental data tables and collaborate with Planning and Operations to turn business needs into practical insights.

You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, serve ad-hoc data requests, and optimize pipeline performance while keeping data secure and consistent across deliverables.

• Ability to design and maintain Power BI dashboards and datasets.
• Ability to translate business questions into actionable data insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain core Rental data tables to ensure accuracy and timeliness of downstream reports.
• Monitor and fix automated data pipelines; execute manual overrides when needed.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets for clear decision-making.
• Serve as point of contact for ad-hoc data requests from Planning and Operations.
• Continuously optimize pipeline performance while ensuring data security and consistency.

Get to Know the Role

As an Analytics Assistant Manager, you will maintain data pipelines, resolve issues, and ensure reports are accurate and reliable. You will also manage core Rental data tables and create new datasets when needed. Working with Planning and Operations, you will provide data support and turn business needs into practical solutions. You will report to the Planning & Analytics Manager. This is an onsite role based in Jakarta

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Maintain core Rental data tables to ensure all downstream reporting and datasets are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Monitor automated data pipelines, fix pipeline errors, execute manual overrides when needed, and proactively automate manual workflows.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and custom datasets that translate raw data into clear, decision-ready insights.
• Serve as the main point of contact for ad-hoc data requests from Planning and Operations, converting complex business questions into actionable solutions.
• Continuously optimize pipeline performance while keeping data consistent, accurate, and secure across all deliverables.
