Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Air Freight Operations.
• Exposure to export shipment handling is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process inquiries or shipping instructions from customers.
• Check cargo data and documents for international and domestic shipments.
• Coordinate with airlines and vendors for shipment execution.
• Monitor loading/unloading and ensure safety and compliance.
• Provide daily reports and communicate with customers and vendors.
• Maintain 100% accuracy of export documentation.
