Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an Air Logistics Operational Care Specialist to manage end-to-end air freight export operations, ensuring timely shipments and accurate documentation. You will coordinate with internal teams and airlines, maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in air freight operations, strong attention to detail, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Air Freight Operations.
Exposure to export shipment handling is preferred.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Strong communication in English.
Proven coordination and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end export shipment processes including coordination and documentation.
Coordinate shipment activities from booking confirmation to completion.
Ensure accuracy of export documentation and on-time submission.
Liaise with Procurement for booking-related matters.
Maintain relationships with airlines for coordination.
Monitor shipment progress and milestones to meet deadlines.
Escalate issues promptly to ensure shipment continuity.
Comply with export customs requirements and procedures.
Submit shipment documents to internal teams on the same day.
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance for loading/unloading.
