Job summary

PT. HECNY TRANSPORTATION BAHARI INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Air Freight Manager to lead our customer service for air freight, based in South Jakarta.

You will be the primary contact for customers, suppliers, and colleagues, ensuring exceptional service and timely issue resolution in a full-time role. Ideally, you bring strong communication, problem solving, and relationship-building skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and deliver service.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking to handle inquiries and complaints.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Sea Freight.
• Positive, adaptable, solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and channels promptly.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively while maintaining relationships.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Provide feedback to management to improve service processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies.
