Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely process flow for Air Export shipments
• Ensure accurate and timely client billing
• Understand all elements of Air Export DLSOP in Indonesia and fulfill customers’ instructions
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Understand department process flow and seek efficiency improvements
• Overseas communications with timely responses to emails and requests
• Utilize all technology tools available to perform customer service and operations duties
