Job summary

Expeditors in Indonesia is seeking an Ocean Export Agent to ensure timely freight movement and accurate data handling within the Ocean Export Department. You will maintain strong customer service, track shipments, and support compliance and process improvement initiatives.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year related experience, English fluency, and good computer skills (Excel, Word). A proactive, organized approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year related experience or training in ocean export or logistics.
• Understanding of ocean documentation process is a plus.
• Effective interpersonal skills and clear communication.
• Pro-active, strong organizational skills.
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word).
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Enter data accurately into the operational system.
• Track and trace Ocean Export files and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Understand department processes and seek efficiency improvements.
• Keep SOPs up to date in the DLSOPs.
• Communicate with internal and external customers; respond promptly.
• Escalate issues to management when necessary.
