Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a hands-on AI tool configuration analyst in Bali to support organisation-wide digitalisation. You will configure AI tools, develop prompts, and test outputs with users to ensure reliable, fit-for-purpose solutions across departments.

You will translate business needs into practical use cases, document workflows and maintain knowledge sources while coordinating with stakeholders. This role offers exposure to applied AI in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring generative AI tools and aligning them with business needs.
• Strong prompt development skills with testing for quality and consistency.
• Solid business analysis abilities: requirements gathering, workflow mapping, and documentation.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to testing, documentation and follow-through.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement with non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Engage business users to understand pain points, map workflows and translate into use cases.
• Identify and configure existing WOG digital and AI tools to meet needs, including prompts and knowledge sources.
• Develop, test and refine prompts to improve AI outputs with users.
• Document configurations, prompts, workflows and usage guidance for consistency.
• Support project management: maintain workplans, coordinate stakeholders, ensure timely deliverables.
• Stay updated on new AI tool capabilities and share best practices with the team.
