Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to connect business needs with practical technology solutions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Strong communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Logical thinking, resilience, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Translate People & Culture needs into technical and AI-enabled solutions.
- Coordinate delivery with technology teams, global stakeholders, and vendors.
- Plan and execute system testing and implementation.
- Manage multiple local and global projects.
- Audit data, systems, interfaces, and project documentation.
- Prepare users, provide hypercare, and transition solutions to BAU operations.
- Identify relevant large language model and AI agent use cases.
