Job summary

WIZ.AI in Indonesia is seeking a driven fresh graduate to explore product management, solution design, and enterprise client engagement. You will work closely with senior Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to translate business problems into practical AI-powered solutions.

You will learn to turn client requirements into actionable product specs, support RFPs and PoCs, and help document workflows and use cases. A strong English communicator who loves tech and people fits well here.

Qualifications

Fresh graduate (or up to 1 year of experience) with a Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/IE or related field.
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
Interest in technology, product, and client-facing work; ability to learn quickly.
Curious, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management instincts.

Responsibilities

Translate client and business requirements into clear product requirements, use cases, and solution scopes.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define requirements and track features from concept through implementation.
Develop and document product requirements, workflows, use cases, and solution designs.
Assist Sales and Business teams with RFPs, proposals, client presentations, PoCs, and demos.
Identify AI/conversational AI/automation applications to solve client challenges and create value.
Join client, partner, and internal discussions to gather feedback and support continuous improvement of AI solutions.
Monitor implementation and adoption, flag gaps and coordinate fixes with relevant teams.
Contribute to internal knowledge and best practices for AI products.
