Job summary

WIZ.AI in Indonesia is seeking a driven fresh graduate to explore product management, solution design, and enterprise client engagement. You will work closely with senior Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to translate business problems into practical AI-powered solutions.

You will learn to turn client requirements into actionable product specs, support RFPs and PoCs, and help document workflows and use cases. A strong English communicator who loves tech and people fits well here.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate (or up to 1 year of experience) with a Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/IE or related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Interest in technology, product, and client-facing work; ability to learn quickly.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management instincts.

Responsibilities

• Translate client and business requirements into clear product requirements, use cases, and solution scopes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define requirements and track features from concept through implementation.
• Develop and document product requirements, workflows, use cases, and solution designs.
• Assist Sales and Business teams with RFPs, proposals, client presentations, PoCs, and demos.
• Identify AI/conversational AI/automation applications to solve client challenges and create value.
• Join client, partner, and internal discussions to gather feedback and support continuous improvement of AI solutions.
• Monitor implementation and adoption, flag gaps and coordinate fixes with relevant teams.
• Contribute to internal knowledge and best practices for AI products.

We're looking for a driven fresh graduate who's passionate about product and client-facing work in AI/technology. You'll get hands-on exposure to product management, solution design, and enterprise client engagement — working closely with senior Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to bring AI-powered solutions to life.

This role is a great fit if you enjoy translating business problems into practical tech solutions, love talking to people as much as you love understanding how things work under the hood, and want to grow into a Product Manager or Client Solutions lead over time.

What You'll Do

• Support the process of translating client and business requirements into clear product requirements, use cases, and solution scopes.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to help define requirements and track features from concept through implementation.
• Help develop and document product requirements, workflows, use cases, and solution designs.
• Assist Sales and Business teams in preparing RFPs, proposals, client presentations, PoCs, and solution demos.
• Learn to identify how AI, conversational AI, voice bots, chatbots, NLP, or automation can solve clients' operational challenges and create measurable value.
• Join client, partner, and internal stakeholder discussions to gather feedback and support continuous improvement of AI solutions.
• Help monitor implementation and adoption, flagging gaps and supporting fixes with the relevant teams.
• Contribute to building internal knowledge and best practices so teams and clients can better understand and use our AI products.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate (or up to 1 year of experience) with a Bachelor's degree from top universities (ITB, UI, Binus, UGM, and similar) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a closely related field fr
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal — you'll be working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Strong interest in technology, product, and client-facing work, with the ability to pick up technical concepts quickly and communicate them clearly.
• Naturally curious, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management instincts — confident presenting ideas to both technical and business audiences.

Nice-to-Have

• Prior internship, project, or organizational experience in product management, tech consulting, customer success, or AI/conversational AI is a plus.
