Job summary

AI Rudder, a Singapore-headquartered conversational AI company, is hiring in Jakarta for a Senior Pre-Sales/Solution Consultant role. You will evangelize AI Rudder value through demos, translate customer challenges into scalable solutions, and lead PoC/PoV efforts with enterprise clients in Indonesia.

You will collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and success teams to ensure feasible, ROI-driven deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, After-Sales, Project Management, or Technical Consulting for SaaS solutions; AI, automation, contact center, CRM, or enterprise software experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of API concepts, system integration, SaaS architecture, application workflow, and basic database concepts.
• Proven ability to gather business and technical requirements, define solution scope, and deliver technical explanations to business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing PoC/PoV, UAT, implementation planning, or technical project delivery with enterprise clients.
• Strong project management skills, including cross-functional coordination, timeline management, dependency tracking, and client-facing deliverable ownership.
• Experience handling key accounts or enterprise clients in Indonesia; BFSI, Government, Telco, or large enterprise exposure is a strong advantage.
• Experience supporting RFI/RFP processes, proposal writing, solution documentation, technical compliance responses, and tender-related activities.
• Business analytics mindset with the ability to analyze customer data, performance reports, and campaign outcomes; SQL, Python, Excel, or BI tools are a plus.
• Revenue-oriented mindset with the ability to connect technical solutions to business value, deal progression, upsell opportunities, and measurable customer impact.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Act as a product evangelist who communicates AI Rudder business value through structured demos, solution walkthroughs, and value-based presentations.
• Translate customer business challenges into practical AI Rudder solution designs that maximize ROI, efficiency, and business impact.
• Lead technical discovery, gather business and technical requirements, and convert them into solution scopes, architecture recommendations, and implementation plans.
• Own technical leadership across the deal cycle, including demo preparation, PoC/PoV execution, proposal support, and technical clarification with clients.
• Conduct PoC/PoV activities to validate AI Rudder solutions against customer requirements, success criteria, and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, customer success, partners, and SMEs to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with customer needs.
• Support RFI/RFP responses, proposal writing, solution documentation, and technical presentations for enterprise customers.
• Manage multiple prospects and opportunities based on deal urgency, revenue potential, and strategic account value.
• Provide business and technical insights from customer data, campaign performance, or operational analysis to support deal conversion, upsell, and revenue growth.
