Job summary

PT Kolink Network Solutions is seeking an AI Engineer to develop and deploy AI-powered features. You will work with Python, LLM APIs, and RAG to build reliable, scalable solutions integrated with REST backends. The role requires hands-on experience and the ability to translate AI concepts into working product features.

The ideal candidate is curious, eager to learn, and capable of prototyping in a fast-paced product environment across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, IT, AI, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience building applications using LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with Prompt Engineering and structured LLM workflows.
• Understanding of AI Agents, Function Calling / Tool Calling.
• Experience integrating AI with REST APIs and backend systems.
• Experience with SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Vector Databases / Vector Search and embeddings.
• Good understanding of software engineering principles, Git, API design, and debugging.
• Experience deploying applications to development or production environments.
• Ability to analyze problems and develop practical AI-based solutions.
• The ideal candidate can turn an AI concept into a working, reliable product feature.
• You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced product development environment.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience*.

Strong programming skills in Python*.
