Job summary

Allure Industries seeks an AI Specialist to design, build, and optimize automated process solutions across our modern tech stack in Indonesia. You will bridge process improvement requirements with technical automation, managing 100+ active workflows and API integrations across ERP, CRM, and web apps.

Based in Surakarta or Jakarta, you will develop dashboards, monitor performance, and document resolution logic for scalable systems while ensuring reliable workflow execution with minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field related to IT or engineering.
• Hands-on with n8n for process automation and workflow maintenance.
• Experience integrating APIs across multiple platforms (ERP/CRM/web apps).
• Solid relational databases knowledge (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Basic web development understanding and API-centric mindset.
• Familiar with AI development tools to accelerate projects.
• Ability to manage 100+ complex workflows and document resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-efficiency automation workflows.
• Collaborate with BP specialists to translate improvements into automation.

Purpose of the Role

Allure Industries is a leading innovator in aluminum doors, windows, partitions, and architectural systems in Indonesia. As we continue to innovate and expand our market presence across both online platforms and offline touchpoints, digital marketing plays a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.

We are looking for an AI Specialist to design, build, and optimize automated process solutions across our modern tech stack. Located in either Surakarta (Central Java) or Jakarta, you will bridge process improvement requirements with technical automation. You will manage complex, large-scale workflows (100+ active automation flows), integrate APIs across enterprise platforms, build data dashboards, and leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development and eliminate operational friction.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Design & Automation: Design, develop, and maintain high-efficiency automation workflows to streamline cross-departmental processes and maximize operational accuracy.


• Technical Collaboration: Partner closely with Sr. BP Specialists and BP Technical Specialists to transform business process improvements into scalable technical automation solutions.


• Dashboarding & Performance Analytics: Develop data dashboards and performance reports to monitor efficiency gains, operational cost savings, and overall system reliability.


• Testing, Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Conduct thorough technical testing, troubleshoot complex system errors, and maintain continuous workflow execution with minimal downtime.


• API & System Integration: Establish, manage, and secure custom API connections across platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, HubSpot, DingTalk, and web applications.


• User Adoption & Documentation: Support the rollout and user adoption of automated solutions while maintaining precise technical documentation for all workflows, API endpoints, and resolution logic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (Fresh graduates with relevant project experience are welcome to apply).


• Strong hands-on experience or deep technical understanding of n8n for process automation and workflow maintenance.


• Proven ability to integrate and manage API connections across multiple platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, HubSpot, Ding Talk, and web-based applications).


• Solid foundational knowledge of relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL).


• Basic understanding of web development principles and web applications.


• Familiarity with modern AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or AntiGravity) to accelerate development and troubleshooting.


• Ability to quickly analyze, comprehend, and manage a large scale of existing complex workflows (100+ active workflows).


• Strong proactive problem-solving and communication skills: able to directly handle user complaints, troubleshoot errors, and resolve issues independently without constant supervision.


• Exceptional documentation skills: disciplined in neatly documenting workflows, API configurations, system logic, and resolution steps.


• Previous experience as a technical team member in an IT Department handling automation or data projects is a plus.
