Pensieve is seeking an Associate Product to support our Product team in delivering high-quality digital products. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who enjoys solving problems and learning how products are built from idea to launch.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, document user stories, and help coordinate development activities across engineering and design, while learning through mentorship from Product and Engineering leaders.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, coordinate product development activities, analyze user feedback, and ensure product initiatives stay on track.
Support Product Managers in planning and executing product initiatives.
Gather and document business and user requirements.
Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate with Engineering, Design, and QA throughout the product development lifecycle.
Assist in product backlog management and sprint planning.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market research.
Monitor product performance and prepare reports using relevant metrics.
Participate in product testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Help maintain product documentation and release notes.
Support communication with internal stakeholders regarding product updates and priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or a related role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
