Job summary

Pensieve is seeking an Associate Product to support our Product team in delivering high-quality digital products. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who enjoys solving problems and learning how products are built from idea to launch.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, document user stories, and help coordinate development activities across engineering and design, while learning through mentorship from Product and Engineering leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years in Product Management or related role; fresh grads welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Experience with AI or enterprise products is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Managers in planning and executing product initiatives.
• Gather and document business and user requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Assist in product backlog management and sprint planning.
