Job summary

You will translate business challenges into practical solutions, engage stakeholders across departments, and help deliver measurable business value through data-driven insights and process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in retail, supply-chain or FMCG is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand objectives, challenges, and identify AI/machine learning opportunities.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders across senior management, IT, and SMEs.
• Analyze existing processes to identify improvements and automation.
• Develop recommendations and improvement plans aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with technology teams to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Support PoC development and demonstration of business value to clients.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly.
• Coordinate with teams in Indonesia and other countries to support delivery.
