LILT (Production) is seeking experienced Retail professionals to support an AI benchmarking project focused on Indonesian retail and consumer-facing environments. You will create realistic scenarios across stores, pharmacy workflows, and loss prevention, designed to help AI systems understand operational challenges.

Your expertise will help ensure high-quality, compliant, and actionable responses reflecting Indonesian retail realities.

Formación

• Native-level Indonesian with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations.
• Background in roles: Retail Sales Supervision, Store/Operations Management, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Operations, Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, Customer Experience, or Multi-Branch Retail Operations.
• Strong understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance procedures, inventory management, and Indonesian retail environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design realistic Retail Trade scenarios in Indonesian or English grounded in Indonesian operational contexts (e.g., store operations, customer service escalations, inventory management, pharmacy workflows, retail compliance, fraud prevention, sales supervision, branch coordination)
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, customer interactions, retail decision-making, and compliance-related tasks
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, policy compliance, customer service quality, and operational realism
• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across Indonesian retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations
