Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. Operations Intern at the Karawang plant will help analyze daily operations, map processes, and develop AI-enabled tools to drive governance deployment and workflow improvements.

The role focuses on gathering requirements, prototyping AI solutions, and delivering structured outputs for continuous performance gains. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, collect user feedback, and present findings with actionable recommendations to strengthen operational excellence

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic data visualization skills.
• Strong interest in AI and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational routines and identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvements.
• Map processes and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Consolidate information from multiple sources into structured outputs.
• Design, develop, and prototype AI-enabled support tools.
