PT. Tirtamas Coldstorindo Logistik is seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to support business analysis, process improvement, and product development initiatives within our logistics teams.
You will translate requirements, create user flows and BRD/PRD docs, and help validate ideas using AI-assisted tools. You'll work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams, gain hands-on experience with real projects, and receive mentorship while developing practical skills in a
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Interest in logistics/warehouse; relevant experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Familiar with Lovable, V0, Figma/FigJam, Docmost, Jira, or similar tools
- Interested in AI-assisted product development and rapid prototyping
- Able to turn requirements into AI-assisted POCs
Responsibilities
- Support requirements and project documentation
- Analyze processes and improvement opportunities
- Create user flows, use cases, and system diagrams
- Prepare BRD, PRD, FSD, and related documents
- Develop POCs and AI-assisted prototypes using Lovable/V0
- Conduct market research for product decisions
- Support UAT, testing, and feature validation
