Job summary

RevoU in Indonesia is seeking a Learning Design Lead to own the learning design of our programs, from outline to live launch, and to continuously improve based on learner data and job market changes. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and senior practitioners to turn expert knowledge into structured learning, build AI-enabled workflows, and lead a small team of learning designers.

Qualifications

You can turn expertise into learning materials that learners can follow and apply.
You understand how people learn and can show a course, workshop, or onboarding flow you designed and explain why it worked.
You design for diverse learners, from fresh graduates to career-switchers in their 30s.
You base changes on learner performance and feedback, and measure impact first.
You build workflows and reusable setups with AI, not just headcount.

Responsibilities

Design new programs from outline to live launch with the team.
Review live programs after each cohort and decide changes based on learner data and feedback.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and senior practitioners to structure learning.
Keep programs current with evolving job market and AI changes.
Lead and grow a small team of learning designers.
Improve workflows and AI tools used by the team.
