RevoU, a leading Indonesian edtech, seeks a Learning Designer to redefine how students learn with AI. You will research program needs, collaborate with instructors, and maintain the learning platform while updating curricula across existing and new programs.

You will own workflows, content development, and automation, delivering measurable outcomes each month in a fast-paced hybrid Jakarta office environment.

Formación

• You want to build something special and transform how learners learn in the AI age.
• You build workflows, tools or small AI-enabled products used by others and keep improving them.
• You are versatile, handling market research, platform bugs, and expert coordination as needed.
• You automate repetitive parts of work and create reusable setups for efficiency.
• You communicate clearly and can explain hard ideas in plain language.
• You maintain a high bar for quality and improve things after feedback.
• You take ownership of unassigned tasks and move fast without a complete brief.

Responsabilidades

• Build the workflows and tools that run learning operations and improve them as we learn.
• Research the market for each program, including employer needs and AI-driven role changes.
• Be the main contact for instructors, experts and mentors to keep content on schedule.
• Turn module outlines into ready-to-use materials like decks, guides and activities with gaps addressed.
• Run the learning platform day-to-day, upload content, set up cohorts and build automations.
• Update existing programs based on learner performance and help launch new ones.
