Job summary

PT SICEPAT EKSPRES INDONESIA seeks an FDE Supervisor to lead the Forward Deployed Engineering team, coordinating with business users, product management, PMO, and Software Engineering to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions.

You will oversee integration, troubleshooting, production support, and automation, pursuing AI-powered improvements to operations, delivery quality, and team productivity while balancing hands-on work with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–6 years in Software Engineering, System Integration, or Technical Implementation.
• 1–2 years of technical team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, databases, and software architecture.
• Experience with troubleshooting and production issue resolution.
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD, monitoring tools, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of AI technologies: Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering.
• Experience with AI-powered automation or AI agents is a plus.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on work with team management.
• Experience in logistics or enterprise OPS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Forward Deployed Engineering team to implement tech solutions.
• Bridge between Business Users, Product Management, PMO, and Software Engineering.
• Analyze business requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Oversee system integration, implementation, troubleshooting, and support.
• Coordinate issue resolution and root cause analysis with Engineering teams.
• Support UAT, production rollout, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI adoption.
• Drive AI-powered solutions to improve processes and productivity.
• Monitor team performance and delivery timelines.
