Job summary

DKatalis, a fintech company with APAC offices, is seeking a Staff Engineer to elevate developer experience and engineering enablement. You will design and build a next‑gen software development ecosystem with AI-powered tooling, automation, and self-service capabilities for global product teams.

You will balance hands-on engineering with cross‑functional leadership, mentoring across teams while embedding AI capabilities into delivery workflows and Kubernetes-based runtimes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and ship production AI/LLM-enabled systems.
• Strong background in cloud-native backend development and Kubernetes.
• Experience building internal developer tooling and tooling standards.
• Familiarity with DevEx patterns and workflow orchestration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-assisted tooling across the development lifecycle and self-service platforms.
• Drive SDLC automation, CI/CD, and operational tooling at scale.
• Integrate advanced frameworks (RAG, LLM tooling, MCP) across GitLab, GitHub, and Slack.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers across teams.
