Job summary

Tokenomics Digital Tech Corp is seeking an AI Data Center critical facility Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our Indonesian data center and compute infrastructure, ensuring SLA adherence and reliable service delivery.

As a mid-level Operations & Maintenance Manager, you will manage the local ops team, define shift patterns and procedures, coordinate with IDC, network, power and cooling vendors, and drive automation to improve efficiency while handling major incidents and post-mortems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5+ years in data center / infra ops.
• 2+ years managing a team.
• Solid understanding of IDC, power, cooling and network infrastructure.
• Proven local team and vendor management capability.
• English / Indonesian as working languages; Chinese a plus.
• Local data center ops and team management experience in Indonesia.
• Familiarity with localisation matters such as BPJS and employment compliance.
