Detailed Job Description:

As a DC Operations Manager supporting AMK Groups on a contract basis in Indonesia, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of end-to-end data center facility operations, engineering team coordination, incident management, and preventive maintenance scheduling. Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing daily facility operations across mission‑critical data center white spaces, managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure, enforcing stringent safety, security, and environmental compliance standards, collaborating closely with client stakeholders, vendors and engineering squads, leading root cause analysis (RCA) for facility anomalies, and communicating directly with technical recruitment leads like Santhosh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee end‑to‑end data center operations, facility management, and critical infrastructure maintenance across Indonesian sites.
• Ensure 24x7x365 continuous uptime, environmental stability, and power availability across all data center white spaces.
• Manage mechanical, electrical, and HVAC infrastructure systems, ensuring compliance with Tier III/IV operational standards.
• Lead facility incident response teams, troubleshoot critical infrastructure faults, and execute rigorous root cause analysis (RCA).
• Oversee vendor service level agreements (SLAs), contractor work performance, and scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) programs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive professional hands‑on experience in data center operations and critical facility management.
• Direct, demonstrable operational expertise in managing enterprise data center infrastructure, power distribution, and cooling systems.
