Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar IT equipment maintenance role.
• Strong problem-solving and communication; able to work under direction.
• Independent and team-oriented; flexible hours incl. evenings/weekends.
• Must hold an unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, commissioning, and remediation of large-scale AI clusters.
• Assist with system installations, modifications, and setup.
• Provide hardware troubleshooting for servers, GPUs, storage, and networks.
• Verify firmware, cabling, and system configurations.
• Document service records, logs, and reports promptly.
• Collaborate with vendors and project teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and quality control during deployments.
• Travel domestically and internationally for deployments as needed.
