Job summary

AGRICON is seeking a capable Product Development support professional to assist formulation and packaging activities for agrochemical products. You will handle trial preparations, materials, and documentation, and collaborate closely with QA and Production to execute development plans and ensure product quality.

You will contribute to stability testing, packaging tests, and investigations of any failures, while managing samples and coordinating cross-functionally to drive efficient product

Responsibilities

• Execute product development plans for both formulation and packaging
• Prepare raw materials, additives, samples, equipment, and documents required for trial activities
• Develop formulations and packaging for new and existing products, including searching for new compositions, optimizing raw materials for better or equivalent products, and improving cost efficiency
• Conduct product stability testing, including compatibility tests and storage tests
• Conduct non-routine packaging testing, including leakage tests, drop tests, stacking tests, and transportation tests
• Investigate stability failures and product quality complaints
• Manage samples comprehensively from receipt, storage, preparation, to delivery for internal and external use
• Store and manage trial samples and retained samples regularly
• Coordinate with QA (Laboratory & IQC) regarding analysis of research samples, finished products, and packaging
• Coordinate with Production & QA regarding production-scale trial execution
