Job summary

Japfa is seeking an R&D support professional to assist in product formulation, testing, and trials under guidance from R&D leadership. You will collect data, maintain records, and help ensure compliance with food safety, quality, halal, regulatory, and sustainability standards.

Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams during trials and testing. The role emphasizes documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement while following R&D protocols and safety governance.

• Support formulation, testing, and trials under R&D leadership
• Collect, record, and analyse test data ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams during trials and testing
• Maintain R&D documentation, samples, and technical records
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives
