Job summary

UPL Ltd. is seeking a Territory Lead to oversee sales activities within a designated geographic area in Indonesia. The role focuses on agricultural products and services, building strong customer relationships and leading a sales promotor team to achieve targets.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 3 years in a supervisory sales role within agriculture, and fluency in English. Travel within the territory is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as sales supervisor/coordinator within the agricultural industry.
• In-depth knowledge of agricultural products, market trends, and customer behaviors.
• Fluent to speak and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Lead, motivate, and guide the sales promotor team to achieve sales objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the agricultural sector.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of agricultural products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate offerings to customers.
• Train, mentor, and provide continuous support to sales promotor to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts for management review.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Travel within the assigned territory to meet customers and oversee sales activities
