Terra Drone Agri is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to expand our agricultural drone services and precision agriculture solutions. You will identify opportunities, promote drone-based offerings, and build strong relationships with plantations and agribusiness stakeholders.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of sales experience in agriculture, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication, Management Business, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the agriculture industry.
• Strong network within plantations, agriculture, fertilizers, agrochemicals, seeds, or agribusiness sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within North Sumatra and surrounding regions.

Mansioni

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within plantations, agribusiness companies, cooperatives, and agricultural stakeholders.
• Promote Terra Drone Agri’s drone-based services, including crop spraying, mapping, monitoring, and precision agriculture solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and customers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with Operations and Technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
