PT Terra Drone Indonesia is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to drive growth in the agriculture and drone sectors across Indonesia. You will present products, respond to inquiries, maintain relationships with existing customers, and identify new opportunities while coordinating with the sales team to achieve targets.

The role requires strong communication, field travel to plantation sites, and the ability to work independently with technical and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in agriculture chemical or drone industry.
• Experience in sales, agritech, or agricultural equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain technical concepts simply.
• Willingness to travel frequently to plantation or field sites.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical/operations teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to field challenges.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Conduct company presentations, product demonstrations, and introductions to prospective customers to generate interest and opportunities.
• Respond to customer inquiries, address complaints, and ensure timely resolution to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and identify new customers to expand the base.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
• Execute daily sales activities: prospecting, follow-ups, quotations, and sample submissions.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within policy; coordinate service recovery with QC when issues arise.
• Monitor market conditions, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends; report insights in monthly sales meetings.
• Support planning and execution of trade shows and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and leads.
