Job summary

PT Deptech Digital Indonesia is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive agile ceremonies, manage impediments, and enable continuous improvement within a cross-functional team in Jakarta. You will partner with the Product Owner and developers to maintain a prioritized backlog and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality software.

The role requires solid Scrum experience, strong communication, and a pragmatic approach to testing and release activities within a digital banking context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools.
• Experience in Digital Channel and Digital Business projects.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services industry and basic understanding of programming concepts and SQL queries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Faciliate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Spring Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Identify, remove, and resolve impediments that may impact the team's progress.
• Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and regular feedback sessions.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and the Product Owner.
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality products and services on time, including deployment and release activities.
• Ensure the team follows Scrum frameworks and Agile best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams (Developers, QA Engineers, Team Leads, etc.) to prioritize the product backlog and new requirements.
• Coordinate and ensure complete project documentation, as well as support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Performance Testing, Compatibility Testing, and Penetration Testing.
