Job summary

MitraComm Ekasarana in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a motivated individual for a frontline support role. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a minimum Diploma 3, and a preference for candidates with call center or customer service exposure.

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English for non-phone tasks is required; English competence is mandatory for CCU communications. The ideal candidate will operate MS Office or Google Workspace, type at least 40 WPM, and undergo training with a minimum score
