Job summary

Sun Life Financial Indonesia seeks a Line 1B Officer in Agency Distribution to identify, assess, monitor, and control risks in day-to-day agency operations. You will ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while supporting business performance.

The role covers risk identification, controls, training, and incident handling to protect customers and the company. A background in insurance regulation and strong English skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in distribution risk, governance, compliance, or audit (insurance/financial services).
• Familiarity with POJK/AAJI/AAUI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess agency sales risks and conduct risk exposures.
• Monitor controls, KRIs, and governance dashboards; close findings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and distribution standards across agency ops.
• Deliver training on conduct risk and risk governance to leaders and agents.
• Assist in incident handling and root cause analysis for complaints.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to governance reporting.
