Job summary

NACBA in Jakarta, Indonesia seeks a proactive Business Development professional to lead agency acquisition and onboarding initiatives. You will identify potential agency partners, conduct market analyses, and manage pipelines to hit targets within defined timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will develop onboarding materials, strengthen partnerships, and drive performance improvements through structured programs and regular stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business/Management preferred).
• 4-6 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership, or Project Management.
• Experience handling agencies, vendors, or third-party partners is a plus.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new agency partners.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential agencies aligned with business goals.
• Manage acquisition pipeline and ensure targets are achieved within the defined timeframe.
• Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for newly acquired agencies; develop onboarding materials and programs to ensure smooth integration.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve agency performance, efficiency, and growth; define project scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
• Track and analyze the performance of newly acquired agencies; identify improvement areas and recommend actionable strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and agency partners; conduct regular meetings and progress updates to ensure alignment.
