Job summary

AXA Group in Jakarta is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to lead agency partnerships and growth initiatives. You will identify new agencies, conduct market research, and manage the acquisition pipeline to meet targets within set timeframes.

Responsibilities include onboarding new agencies, developing materials to support onboarding, coordinating with internal teams, and driving cross-functional projects to improve performance and collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business/Management preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership, or Project Management.
• Experience handling agencies, vendors, or third-party partners is a plus.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly driven

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new agency partners.
• Conduct market research to identify potential agencies aligned with business goals.
• Manage acquisition pipeline and hit targets within defined timeframes.
• Oversee onboarding for newly acquired agencies and develop onboarding materials.
• Ensure agencies are equipped with tools, knowledge, and support.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve agency performance, efficiency, and growth.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and agency partners; conduct progress meetings.
