Job summary

AXA Group is seeking a Project Management Manager in Jakarta to deliver strategic projects against KPIs and governance standards. You will influence stakeholders and drive decisions using AXA project management best practices.

The role requires managing project teams, developing plans, and ensuring delivery within time, cost, and quality constraints. Strong experience with Agile, PMO processes, and budgeting is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT or related major.
• 7+ years in large, scaled projects in life insurance / pension / general insurance / business / finance / technology analysis.
• Experience in business requirements gathering or application functional design and testing.
• Experience in Agile and Digital methodologies and tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define Project Plan based on the agreed BRS and/or business requirements defined through the Agile Project Methods.
• Conducts project kickoff meetings, communicates roles and project expectations.
• Ensures team members have tools and training required to perform effectively.
• Develops and maintains up-to-date detailed project plans and schedules and forecasts budget at completion.
• Assesses variances from plan, gathers metrics, implements changes to stay within scope, time, and cost.
