Job summary

PT Wahana Inti Selaras, a leading distributor of agricultural machinery and heavy equipment, seeks a qualified professional to oversee aftersales operations at the Merauke site. You will coordinate daily service activities, monitor workshop performance, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, repair work, warranty administration, and technical support, while supervising foremen and technicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in aftersales operations or service coordination.
• Strong knowledge of aftersales processes and warranty management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily aftersales operations to ensure service activities meet standards.
• Monitor workshop performance and service quality to achieve KPIs.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, warranties, and technical support.
• Supervise Foreman, Technicians, and staff to maintain workflow.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups to improve satisfaction.
• Prepare aftersales performance reports on productivity and feedback.
• Ensure safety regulations and SOP compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance service efficiency.
