Job summary

PT mHealthBank Rising Care in Jakarta is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to identify and recruit affiliates and creators aligned with campaign goals. The role focuses on onboarding, relationship management, and data-driven performance optimization.

You will drive campaign execution, monitor results with dashboards and Google Sheets, and deliver regular insights to marketing and sales teams while building strong partner networks in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Creator Management, or E-commerce.
• Familiar with affiliate platforms (TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, Tokopedia Affiliate, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram) and content performance metrics.
• Comfortable working with data, performance tracking, and reporting using Google Sheets/Excel.
• Able to manage multiple affiliates, campaigns, and timelines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with creators and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Target-driven mindset with a strong interest in sales and performance marketing.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare campaign briefs, product seeding, promo codes, and tracking links.
• Monitor affiliate content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, BD, Creative, Operations) for smooth campaign execution.
• Track affiliate performance, sales, and campaign metrics using internal dashboards and Google Sheets.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain affiliate databases, campaign documentation, and performance records.
• Coordinate commission validation and payment documentation with the finance/admin team.
