Job summary

ParagonCorp is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Lead in Jakarta to shape end-to-end brand affiliate strategies across live commerce.

You will collaborate with Brand, Affiliate Management, and Commercial teams, oversee creator partnerships, content strategy, and performance analytics to drive growth and measurable impact.

The role requires minimum 5 years of experience and a track record of delivering results in ecommerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, social commerce, or related fields.
• Proven ability to drive measurable business results through affiliate ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of live commerce and marketplace platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead end-to-end brand affiliate strategies aligned with objectives and growth targets.
• Drive affiliate channel performance through campaigns, creator engagement, and analytics.
• Lead creative concepts and content guidelines for consistency across channels.
• Collaborate with Brand, Affiliate Management, and Commercial teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Establish content frameworks and best practices to boost creator effectiveness.
• Monitor performance metrics and trends to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Provide strategic direction on creative outputs ensuring brand alignment and effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with creators, agencies, and partners to support campaigns.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to coordinate campaigns and measure impact.
